Who we are & what we do
We are a group of people from the parish community who meet once a week on Wednesdays at 1:30 pm in the St. Cecilia Chapel – continuing the good work started by Sister Eileen White back in 2010.
We knit or crochet baby blankets and hats. Most recently we added prayer shawls to our creations. We have distributed the baby blankets to various programs such as: Action Pregnancy Center of New Brunswick, the Neonatal Ward at Princeton Medical Center and our newest addition, Life Choices of Metuchen.
Our prayer shawls have been given to Life Choices and to the sick of our parish community, in hopes it keeps the patient warm and comforted to help in the healing process. Each shawl is filled with love and healing prayers.
Don’t know how to knit or crochet? Want to learn?

There is so much knowledge and talent within our group … and we are willing to teach you! Men and women are both welcome!
