Visit to the sisters of Jesus our hopeMembers of the Columbiettes and our parish had a great day visiting the Sisters of Jesus Our Hope in Bloomsbury, NJ. Sisters Clare, Barbara, and Eileen were so happy to see everyone.The weather was beautiful and some of the women helped spruce up around the grounds and inside the house. Lunch was brought up by the women and enjoyed by all. The Sisters were also left with gift cards to two of their favorite restaurants so they could order some meals for themselves.Sister Eileen wanted to make sure the parishioners of St. Cecilia's (especially the knitting group) received her message of "much love to everyone". All of the Sisters look forward to another visit.

Food drive thank youThank you to all who donated to the Columbiettes food drive for the South Brunswick food pantry. Your generosity is AMAZING! In addition to the food items collected, we received $1000 in cash and gift card donations. We purchased five $100 Aldi gift cards and one $500 ShopRite gift card. Thank you for your tremendous generosity!

Christmas card fundraiser
The St. Cecilia Columbiettes will be holding a Christmas Card Sale.
Each card’s design is based on pictures taken during the 2023 Christmas season at St. Cecilia Parish.
There are 3 beautiful designs, each design in a package of 15 cards. The packages are $20 each.
All cards will also be available on October 6th during coffee time.

The Columbiettes are ordinary ladies who are proud of reaching out and helping those less fortunate by meeting the needs of the people in their communities and around the world. They are also committed to the preservation of family life.
The Columbiettes are a growing and vibrant service organization of Catholic ladies who are willing to make a difference in today’s society.
By conducting a variety of programs, we are bringing Columbiettes together as they can strengthen their bond of friendship within the Order. The benefits from membership or many - spiritual, moral, educational and social.
As a Columbiette, you can allocate your time as your daily schedule permits. To maximize your enjoyment and personal contributions, there are no specific requirements or amounts of time to spend within the organization. Everyone in the organization participates at whatever level of commitment that makes her comfortable.
With your time, special skills or talents we offer you the opportunity to give back something to your community as well as your parish.
