The mission

Our mission is to teach the responsibility and accountability that each person has to return thanks for God's gifts with increase…inspiring all Catholics of St. Cecilia's Parish Church commit themselves to live counter to the secular culture—as true disciples of Jesus Christ—and in the process, change the world. A way of life! To inspire people to share there time and talent and treasure for the good of all! The mission is to enable and encourage parishioner to take part in the ministry of church by sharing their gifts of time, talents and treasures.

To communicate the vision of what it means to be a good stewards.

Stewardship is about using God’s gifts for the benefit of others. Our time, talents and treasure are God’s gifts that are given to us by him. We are stewards of these gifts during our lifetime and are accountable for how well we manage them for the community of God’s people. Stewardship is not expressed in a single action, or number of actions, but in an entire way of life; it rejects the notion that we must “have it all” and instead, demonstrates the value of giving in love, in service and in justice.
